There is a problem in the very first line. Variables &FileDirAndName and &Archive_Dir will not be resolved if its inside the double quotes. You have to do something like this:
&cmd = "cp " | &FileDirAndName " " | &Archive_Dir;

I'm working for a staffing company in Tampa. They own a module I never even heard of before, Pay Bill. Been there less than a year. It's good learning something completely different, but it's so highly customized I probably wouldn't recognize it somewhere else. :)
