""THANK YOU - so very much". May I lastly ask, if that administrative process ( Timesheet (Reported Time) -> Payable Time -> (Approve if needed) --> Load into Payroll) by my other Team Member is something easy to Learn? Since it's within the PSoft environment? And are thier any other outside software Technical Tools to assist that ending part of the process (Load into Payroll)"
Yes, this is very easy to learn. You only need to run the process and put the "parameter" which is date driven.
From T&L Process, the process end when the data moved to Payroll.
For report, you could utilise SQR/App Engine/Query to find out more about the data.
Example: (just a sample, you could use imagination to create/build the report once you have the raw data from the payable time)
How many overtime Hours which is > xx hours in the current Pay Period?
Who is the top 5 overtime person in the last 3months.
etc
