Gregg, the changes to the support portal are different. I don't see them as better or worse, I see them as different. I didn't find peoplesoft.com support to be as easy to use as Google and I don't see support.oracle.com to be as easy either. It took me a while to find my stuff no matter which support portal we used.
As far as support from GSC to Oracle Support. I don't see any change there either. Before, when I got what I felt was the wrong answer, I escalated my case until I got what I felt was the right answer. The people that gave me the right answers before are still there taking my calls.
Product quality go down hill? I would disagree. We are both sharing our opinions, but my opinion is that each release is better. I see PeopleTools 8.50 as proof of this.
