We are testing the functionality of Evaluated Receipt Settlement.  When we run the voucher build process we get an error on the voucher that says: 1Class FieldTSE Prompt table edit; value not found in prompt table. Do you have any clue as to what this means and how to fix it?  We think it might be pulled in from the receipt.  PeopleSoft says the class field is an inactive field but it is effecting our process. Thanks!See More

We are using PeopleSoft 9.0 (not ePro). We have implemented PO Auto Sourcing and Scheduled PO DISP processes to automatically create PO's to vendors and send them via email. The problem is that we have two buyers for one vendor and they each buy from a different physical address of the vendor and have different contacts (so different email addresses). We have recently started to run this process in our Purchasing group. It first runs PO_PO_005 to create a pdf of the purchase order and then PO_PO_Email which should find the pdf in a directory, attach it to an email and send to the vendor. The problem is that sometimes the process doesn't work. But only sometimes. An email will go to the vendor however there is no pdf attached. Anyone experienced this before?
