BACKGROUND

For over 12 years, I implemented and administered complex ERP systems as a project manager, technical expert, and functional business analyst. My experience spans full software development and implementation life cycles, software product launches, and proposal development. I led technical development and conversion efforts, as well as, functional design, configuration, user acceptance testing, change management, audit, proposal development and system delivery as a consultant working for IBM Global Services, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Booz Allen Hamilton and PeopleSoft Inc. Additionally, I have a current PSI (Personnel Security Investigation) for a TS/SCI security clearance that
is valid through 2011.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Manager and ERP Subject Matter Expert
PeopleSoft Team manager and focus group manager working in the government sector on a major Department of Defense (DoD) contract providing technical and functional expertise and strategy, change management and implementation leadership
- Managed a team of personnel delivering PeopleSoft support to requirements analysis, change management, strategic outreach, and data management tasks for the DoD
- Provided strategic guidance to leverage system capabilities and align functional requirements
- Configured and performed Fit-Gap Analysis for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 8.9
- Presented conference room pilot materials to government officials, service members in all branches of military service, and government members of the comprehensive analysis team
