We are using PeopleSoft 8.9 Strategic Sourcing module. I would like to know, if anybody using this module for bidding engineering and construction from posting the bid to all the way to awarding.

If you are using this process 100% on-line, please can you explain, how you do invite, posting the event, attaching the documents and how the bidders bid online, by attaching huge documents on-line.
