Hey Carol (and everyone else!)

How is everyone doing? Is everyone finding that the market seems to be opening up a bit?

 

Seems to me that the market seems to be moving at a nice clip with new implementations and upgrades. While the pay will never get back to the high dollar marks we used to get, the market is good for those people with documented experience.

 

What's your take?

Yea, they are beginning to open up now.... Most of the calls I got in Nov/Dec were about projects starting up in Jan. I have a few interviews this week so the market is beginning to move!

From all the talks I have had with various pimps out there, there seems to be a better outlook everywhere.
I do know I have spoken with at least 5 different previous clients in the past 3 weeks that are saying that they have upgrade/new module imps that they are looking at staffing Q1, so I think that work is finally opening up again, maybe not a ton but some work is better than no work at all!!
