Hi, I am an IT Project Manager and am about to begin a roll out of our PeopleSoft Financials (v9) to our Japanese office. We have already implemented in N. America, UK, Ireland, Nordics and Germany. We have a standard platform and standard processes and our own in-house technical and functional consultants ready to go. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who has done this before in Japan, any hints/tips around unique challenges I may face in Japan?
