DoSaveNow() not always saving Main Page record values

I'm having some issues with the DoSaveNow() function. I have a grid with multiple rows where only 1 can be selected. The values are then moved from the table behind the grid to the main Record on the page to be saved. My problem is that everything works properly if I select the 1st row of the Grid, however if I select any other row the values are not being saved to my main record. I have step through the code and can see the correct values being moved to the fields, but everything seems to get lost afte the DoSaveNow(). Any suggestions? I check to make sure the IsChanged property is True for the main record and it is. I have also tried adding the SetComponentChanged() just before the DoSaveNow(), but with no success.
