Madhavi,

There is not a lot of online work or work from home jobs in PeopleSoft. Your best bet is if you found a company that was doing a fixed bid job on some type of specific work. But in most cases, those are very hard to find. Post your resume over on www.PSoftPros.comand DICE and search the jobs.
