Having been live on our PeopleSoft FSCM 8.9 environment for a few months, we are noticing that the order entry process is significantly more complex for our users than on our legacy system. We are investigating the idea of implementing the express order entry feature and I am curious if anybody is currently using this feature and what your experience has been. It looks so slick compared to the regular order entry that I am curious as to why Oracle Consulting would not have implemented this as a part of our initial deployment, so am curious if their are trade-offs when using this feature.

If you are using express order entry, please let me know your experiences, good and bad, with rolling this out.

Your CSRs can use the functionality, it was designed for external customers and outside sells. The Order tracking is limited, but everything. Kind of like an "Express PO".
