We are on 8.8 for BI/AR and have heavily customized these modules to fit a legacy system model. We are trying to restore these modules to a more delivered interface and especially data flow. We are in SF Bay Area in a major national laboratory. BI and AR are the primary concerns but also need this person to be strong in Contracts module with a good knowledge of Grants and KK.

At this stage need help in creating a "roadmap" to a more delivered installation including data flow diagrams, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications.
