I am having a strange issue...
The field PS_ITEM.DUE_DATE is showing an invalid date like 01/10/1430 in online page.
But there is no such date in the backend... and when i put a very detailed trace i dont find any code which modifies my date to such an invalid date.Even the trace files is not showing that this invalid date is getting generated any where.
How come a field get displayed without a single trace in the trace file....???
I would double check the user's personalization options, specifically related to date formatting, just to ensure that they haven't tweaked this for any reason. I've seen this cause confusion with dates before...
We experience this same issue. It happens on Job Data, Training and Benefit Enrollment pages. We have not been able to find a solution, but glad to hear we are not the only ones experiencing this strange occurance.
I checked My Personalization > Regional Settings > Date Format and it was set at MMDDYY. I switch back and forth between DDMMYY and MMDDYY depending on if I am working with one of our European users. I pressed the "Restore Category Defaults" button to see if this resolves the issue.
Do you see this happening more with non US companies that use the non default date format? Has anyone been able to replicate in DEMO?
