I possess HRIS Analyst and HRIS Help Desk Support skills, but during this current recession and with no work - where can I go to and sign up for a 1 day class "to refresh my skills or enhance" them? 

For I don't have money to sign up for a 1 week course over $500.My last HRIS perm position was in 2007 and then temped unwillingly in  2008 -2009.

Please help. So where are those 1 day refresher classes or training that I can purchase for at least over a $100 dollars. Overall I wish to advance HRIS Peoplesoft. Thank You.
