Can anyone provide me with a written document from PeopleSoft/Oracle as to how W-2c forms are processed or prepared?

I cannot find anything in PeopleSoft PeopleBooks.

I have access to all of the PSFT tax updates but cannot find any instructions.  Thanks in advance.
