does Global Absence allow future n late entries?

Does Gb Abs Allow future entries next year leave if yes,can view the ESS (Employee Self service) balance as of date for those approved future entries.
Does Gb Abs Allow late entries past year leave if yes,can view those pending ESS (Employee Self service) balance for those pending approved past entries.

If not what would be the work around for them.

This is very urgent request.Appreciate a lot for the reply from ps guru's.

Absence can show a Forecasted Balance for any future time as long as the future Calendar Groups are built. This can be done for the employee and administrator. Going backwards is the same thing, but there can be a limit to how far back and that is the Retro Limits setting. Hope this helps.
