Connecting Peoplesoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) 9.0 with WebEx

Does anyone here have experience with connecting ELM 9.0 with WebEx?

There are 10 transactions. We got past WebcastAddUser and WebcastEditUser. When we got to WebcastCreateSession the transaction bombed out because of date format. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do?

Because we're stuck, we have not yet tested:
* WebcastRemoveSession
* WebcastEditSession
* WebcastEnroll
* WebcastUnEnroll
* WebcastGetHostURL
* WebcastGetLearnerURL
* WebcastGetRedirectURL

Are there roadblocks there I should be aware of?
