Commitment Accounting in NA Payroll
Hi,
We are trying to activate Commitment Acctg processing for the first time for actuals distribution and want to automate this process. Does anyone have experience performing encumbrance, actuals distribution on batch? Has anyone done retro budget and direct retro distribution directly from a third party feed?

There is a problem in the very first line. Variables &FileDirAndName and &Archive_Dir will not be resolved if its inside the double quotes. You have to do something like this:
&cmd = "cp " | &FileDirAndName " " | &Archive_Dir;
